Apple’s Face Place photo booth, the company reports, enjoyed a boost of 100 percent in sales last year thanks to their Valentine’s Day art updates, which automatically display the holiday theme as potential customers walk by. In-booth art allows users to print love-themed photos or create custom online greeting cards.
“Couples love kissing in front of a camera on Valentine’s Day,” said company CEO Allen Weisberg. “What better way to show someone how much they mean to you than with a customized online Valentine’s Day card?”
