Shaffer Distributing is celebrating its third anniversary since partnering with Dr. Brad Ray(Director, Center for Behavioral Health and Justice, Wayne State University) to design a Harm Reduction Vending Machine. Over the last three years, these machines have been placed in over 200 locations where they have distributed 20,000+ free Naloxone kits to the communities in which they have been established. This partnership between Dr. Ray and ShafMarty Turner, Harm Reduction Specialist and Dr. Brad Ray fer Distributing has significantly impacted the lives of the people in these communities.
