Shaffer Distributing is celebrating its third anniversary since partnering with Dr. Brad Ray(Director, Center for Behavioral Health and Justice, Wayne State University) to design a Harm Reduction Vending Machine. Over the last three years, these machines have been placed in over 200 locations where they have distributed 20,000+ free Naloxone kits to the communities in which they have been established.
