Bob Muniak has been named by the Shaffer Distributing Company as a recipient of the Bernard C. Flynn Devotion Award. The announcement was made at the conclusion of a companywide 90th Anniversary Celebration which was held June 7th at the nationally recognized Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. The award was established as a tribute to the late Mr. Flynn who served as Executive Vice President of the company. “Bernie” managed and oversaw a multitude of services for the company with dedication, loyalty, and competence. He was also an exemplary individual in his personal life.
The award is based on an accumulation of exceptional performance and/or invaluable service to the Shaffer Distributing Company. Since its inception in 2001, there have only been three other Shaffer employees, who have been recognized for this outstanding award.
Muniak has been with the company for over 18 years and is noted for his sales production, customer relationships, product knowledge and superb reputation throughout the industry. Congratulations, Bob!
