Established in 1929, Shaffer Distributing Company is the oldest, independently owned equipment distributorship in the United States. With corporate headquarters located in Columbus, Ohio, as well as full-service offices located throughout the Midwest in Cleveland, Detroit, Indianapolis and St. Louis, Shaffer serves a broad market base including music and game operators, food service operators, hospitals, universities, family entertainment centers, bowling centers, arcades, indoor water parks and amusement park venues. Our equipment sales territories include Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Additionally, our service departments as well as parts sales associates provide high quality, name brand and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and services to customers throughout the United States.

- Shaffer 90-day labor warranty on all new equipment, including the honoring and processing of all manufacturers warranted components.
